EventOS (“chúng tôi”) là ứng dụng cho sản xuất sự kiện, phát triển bởi Khang Tống. Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.

Không thu thập: vị trí GPS, danh bạ, tin nhắn, ảnh, micro. Không có quảng cáo.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với:
Giao dịch mua Pro tier được xử lý hoàn toàn bởi Google Play Billing. EventOS không truy cập, lưu trữ hoặc xử lý thông tin thẻ tín dụng, tài khoản ngân hàng hay bất kỳ dữ liệu thanh toán nào.

Khi xóa:
Dữ liệu được lưu trữ chừng nào tài khoản còn hoạt động. Sau khi xóa tài khoản, toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân bị xóa trong 30 ngày. Dữ liệu ẩn danh (analytics) có thể giữ lại 90 ngày.
EventOS không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em. Nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa ngay.
Chúng tôi dùng Cloudflare Web Analytics — không cookie, không tracking cá nhân. Chúng tôi không dùng Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, hay bất kỳ third-party tracking nào khác.
Dữ liệu của bạn có thể được chuyển ra nước ngoài (Singapore, Mỹ) thông qua Supabase và Google. Dữ liệu được bảo vệ theo tiêu chuẩn GDPR và PDPL Việt Nam.
Trong trường hợp xảy ra rò rỉ dữ liệu, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn trong vòng 72 giờ theo quy định pháp luật.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua email (nếu bạn đã cung cấp) và trong ứng dụng trước ít nhất 30 ngày đối với những thay đổi quan trọng. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này.

EventOS (“we”) is an event production management application developed by Khang Tống. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with:
Pro tier purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. EventOS does not access, store, or process credit card, bank account, or any payment information.
Under Vietnam PDPL and GDPR, you have the right to:

Upon deletion:
Data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained for 90 days.
EventOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, we will delete it immediately.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no personal tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking.
Your data may be transferred to servers outside Vietnam (Singapore, USA) via Supabase and Google. Data is protected under GDPR and Vietnam PDPL standards.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.
We may update this policy. We will notify you via email (if provided) and in-app at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. New versions will be posted on this page.
